It’s been years since I have been taking this magnesium supplement and I truly feel the difference in my sleep, it aids in falling asleep. Good quality product, fairly clean ingredients. And as I did a multi buy option were a decent price too. The caps are pretty big though prob 2cm x 0.5cm so if you struggle with swallowing large pills, something to be aware of.
