Biotin really helps my nails and hair grow,,I’ve tried other brands of hair,nails and skin vitamins and found that when I use biotin,collagen ,omega and b vitamins have doubled the growth of my hair and nails and my skin problems have definitely lessened,these are my nails before and after a couple months of using biotin
