Natural Ingredients
Our clean supplements contain natural ingredients sourced from reputable suppliers to ensure purity and potency. Wherever possible, our botanical ingredients are certified organic by the British Soil Association, regarded as the most rigorous organic certification body worldwide.
No Artificial Additives
We never add colours, flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives to our clean supplements.
No Fillers or Binders
Our clean supplements do not contain unnecessary fillers, binders, or excipients that can dilute the product and reduce its effectiveness. This means they don’t include magnesium stearate or stearic acid, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, potassium sorbate or microcrystalline cellulose.
Some active ingredients absorb moisture from the air, which stops the powder from pouring into the capsules. To keep these dry we add a tiny amount of rice flour, which is naturally gluten free, hypoallergenic and a clean, natural cooking ingredient that’s easily digested.

What are the capsules made of?
We were surprised recently to learn that some people think that supplement capsules are made from plastic! They’re actually made of hypromellose (the full scientific name is Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) which comes from plants. It’s used in gluten-free baked foods as a substitute for the naturally sticky gluten that binds bread and cakes together. It’s also used in eye drops for dry eyes. In our digestive system it turns into a type of fibre or roughage that we don’t digest. Some people prefer not to swallow capsules. This is why ours are designed to twist open easily, so you can take your clean supplements by mixing them with drinks or food instead.
